Arthur Horn's company helped large corporations improve the performance of their people.
Called HORN, his firm would assess where a client's people actually stood against best
practices, then design and deliver learning programs to close the gaps. Recurring subjects
included leadership, negotiation, strategic thinking, and dialogue
skills — grounded throughout in integrity, authenticity, and
personal responsibility. All projects were custom-designed
based on measured needs.

That work took HORN into some of the world's biggest organizations, in most industries,
across 48 countries. In 2023, after 40 years in practice, the firm was acquired by
Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

Art continues to work today as an executive coach and has written five business books on
the topics of leadership, accountability, workplace fear, egoless management and sales.
