best practices, then design and deliver custom learning interventions to fill the gap.

Recurring broad subjects included leadership, negotiation, strategic thinking, and dialogue skills.
All projects were custom-designed based on measured needs.

That work took HORN into some of the world’s biggest organizations, in most industries, across
48 countries.

In 2023, after 40 years in practice, the firm was acquired by Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., listed on the
New York Stock Exchange.

Art continues to work today as an executive coach and has written five business books on the topics
of leadership, accountability, workplace fear, egoless management and sales.
